Who's me

Hi, this is Ashdeine Jhanelle Yagin, was born on 19th of April 2007, the eldest child of my mom and dad. They are Maryjane and Noel, my name Jhanelle is the combination of their names, and the Ashdeine came from an Australian mug which is ashdene, obviously they just added the letter I. It is so random isn't? It's very unique and I find it cute. People tend to perceive me as an intimidating but in reality, I am actually quite interesting, nice, quirky and loving. At first, I am very shy but once i get to know everyone and is comfortable with my environment, I am great. I am a grade 10 student here in ISNHS, I have thoroughly enjoyed myself here although we were on a pandemic and had to study at home for almost 3 years. 

My hobbies are listening and singing to my favorite songs, which are; all to well, favorite crime, almost is never enough, happier than ever and, the artist of these songs are also my top favorite singers. Especially Taylor Swift, because I enjoy her songs and admire her talent and, in some way, I feel like her songs are comforting for me in a way no one can. She has undoubtedly touched, helped, and entertain millions of people around the world. I very much enjoy dancing too! I love watching dance videos and it inspires me to learn more and to improve my dancing skills. I enjoy playing instruments too like piano, ukulele, kalimba, and many more.  I also love watching movies and series and, one of the best that I've watched are Enola Holmes, Stranger things and Harry Potter. Now, I'll talk about my dreams. I want to visit and might as well live in Amsterdam, because I love their beautiful canals, quirky architecture and lively nightlife. It is also a great place to find Dutch art and culture, and the city has a rich history that brings you back to the 13th century. Someday, I want to pursue law. Aside from what my dad wants, I want to help others to get their right and fight for justice. One more thing is I want to join the fashion industry, and be a runway model. Maybe because I watched too much videos of Ms. Heart Evangelista, she became my role model.

Just like the mirror ball, I shine my best when no one is around. I can adjust my personality to match anyone, to fit in. A mirror ball is an inherently fragile object, they are made out of fragmented pieces of glass. One fall and it's a goner. No matter how much entertainment the disco ball or mirror ball provides, should it fall down and crash, the party will not stop. The people in the dance floor, will keep on dancing, having fun. A desperate for a relationship to work, too desperate to make the people want me and love me.
